2016 International Pinot Noir Celebration | Pre-IPNC Dinner Information
Winemaker Tad Seestedt — widely recognized for his non-intrerventionist approach to wine — presents an intimate dinner at his home in the Eola Hills with Bon Appétit's acclaimed chef, John Taboada. The evening will feature Ransom's portfolio of elegant Pinot Noirs and Iberian grape varieties, including Albariño, Tempranillo, Tinta Cao, and Grenache. The feast will begin with tapas served alongside Ransom's nationally acclaimed vermouths! Each course is paired with your choice of two wines.
